Tabitha Simmons (Remember the name)

Tabitha Simmons took the essence of cool, painted it with stripes, and laced it all up in a bow with her Spring 2010 take. And just looking at them I'm seeing pristine white tennis skirts on tanned legs, manicured lawns, and jugs of ice-cold Pimms and lemonade. The stiletto heeled version is covetable too, with it's lace-up back and double strapped top.
